Tenant Information
If you are a tenant seeking high quality accommodation in the Greater Manchester area we can fullfill your requirements both in terms of a suitable property and in providing a quality service during your tenancy with us.

A sample of our tenants application form is available here. This will be required back fully completed once you have viewed and chosen to take up a tenancy with our agency.

All tenants are required to provide the following:-

  1. A copy of your ID (passport, driving licence...)
  2. A recent utility bill at your current address (gas, electricity, council tax...)
  3. A reference from your employer confirming your status.
  4. A professional reference from your current landlord or professional person having known you for a minimum of 5 years.
  5. For those self employed a copy of your last years trading accounts will be needed.
  6. Tenants aged under 25yrs may be asked to provide a garantor to the tenancy.
  7. An administration charge is made on a one off basis £150.00 per tenancy.
